The hotel had a modern vibe and a fantastic location near Earls Court, perfect for quick trips. Unfortunately, there was a persistent damp smell, the shower leaked, and noise disruption from neighboring rooms was bothersome. Check-in was an ordeal, but the gym access was a bonus. Cleanliness could definitely improve.

I was impressed by the quick response via WhatsApp when I needed extra towels.

This place was a fantastic spot to start our adventures. the double room we had was really cool and modern. the location was just what we needed, super close to a tube station. the Kensington area was awesome to wander around in and discover.

Super clean room with excellent facilities, a cool little kitchen, and 24-hour security! Responsive staff via WhatsApp made everything easy. the fitness centre was amazing, and the view from my room was just mind-blowing. Plus, there’s no smoking on site! Highly recommend!
